I manage the businesses with my wife Beth but the staff members are the real asset to our organisations.
I developed `TLM but I leave it to my amazing team of qualified mental health specialists to administer the programmes. I love attending the Retreats and helping clients I coach and kids. It's just so satisfying when your own experiences and recovery can help others to achieve the same. We don't 'counsel' and we certainly don't use psychology, we provide practical coaching techniques that 'hit the spot'. We provide recovery coaching that works. I am an author and educator. My background is in developing media for education - my degree is in Electronic Media with a specialism in educational structures, materials and production. I held production, direction and management positions both in broadcast TV and corporate training production having produced programmes for the NHS, educators, private organisations and the BBC to name but a few. I now focus on producing media for stress and anxiety recovery and love what I do!
